My career in college administration spans more than a decade. I served as an Associate Vice-Provost and Director at public and private universities and colleges, as well as regulatory agencies. During this time I learned that there are many factors that can interfere with:

• the progression from high school to college,
• college success, and
• finding the dream job

I have a PhD in Higher Education, a Master in Communication, and a Bachelor in Computer Science and Mathematics.
